Choosing where to live while studying is a big decision, so it is important to find out what’s available. The University of Lincoln’s Brayford Pool Campus is based in the heart of the city and all accommodation is located either on campus or a short walking distance away.
The University offers a wide choice of rooms in modern self-catered apartments. You may choose to live on campus in the University’s popular accommodation Lincoln Courts, or in one of the variety of University Accommodation Agency properties. Many students also opt for a room off campus in one of our Partnership or Associate Halls.
Whatever you decide, the University of Lincoln will assist you to find accommodation that is registered with the University Residential Services Office, should you require it.

The University Accommodation Agency (UAA) helps locate accommodation for both new and current students within the city of Lincoln.
UAA properties offer an accommodation arrangement with the University in purpose built or refurbished property, where the University offers you direct management support in a similar manner to on-campus halls of residence. Locations are generally within 20 minutes’ walk from the University campus and often much nearer. Accommodation includes rooms with en-suite or shared facilities to suit a range of budgets and in some cases car parking is available.
These developments are located off campus but are adjacent to the University and are within five minutes’ walk from the main Brayford Pool Campus.
Brayford Quay, situated opposite the University on Brayford Wharf North and overlooks the waterfront. Its 402 en-suite bedrooms are divided into 6-bedroom and studio apartments.
Cathedral Street Apartments,
Park Court, Located close to the Brayford Pool campus and a two-minute walk from the city centre, Park Court is a purpose built development offering 289 en-suite study bedrooms arranged as 4 and 5-bedroom apartments with a shared fully fitted kitchen.
St Mark’s Apartments,
The Junxion, Located in the city centre, The Junxion offers 569 en-suite bedrooms provided in 4, 5 or 6-bedroom apartments with fully fitted living areas.
The University of Lincoln works closely with landlords and letting agencies to ensure that as well as halls of residence options, students also have the option of staying in housing whilst the study. Student housing standards are upheld by an accreditation scheme; ensuring student houses, flats, rooms and halls all meet a minimum level of safety and quality.
