The Student Village is made up of two stunning waterfront accommodation complexes: Lincoln Courts and the newly-opened Cygnet Wharf. You will be close to the University’s academic buildings, Student Services Team and the Students’ Union, and the city centre is just a short walk away. Both developments are owned and managed by the University of Lincoln, and our dedicated Accommodation Services Team aim to help you make the most of your student experience.

Lincoln Courts is our stunning waterfront accommodation complex, situated on campus in the heart of the Student Village.
The complex is made up of 17 contemporary buildings of self-catered apartments, each one housing five to eight students. In total there are 1,037 furnished student bedrooms. Some apartments have rooms designed specifically for students with disabilities. Fees for apartments include both heating and electricity bills, plus personal possessions insurance and free University internet access.
Cygnet Wharf has been designed to offer a traditional ‘halls of residence experience’ in a modern environment.
The complex is made up of three contemporary buildings of self-catered apartments, which each house between five and twelve students. In total there are 442 furnished student bedrooms. Some apartments have rooms specifically designed for students with disabilities.
